We don't spam or sell or give away your personal information. In the event you do not subscribe, or elect to unsubscribe to receiving 'marketing' emails, we cannot deliver you informational emails, even for things you asked/paid for, as all our services are tied to your email address.

If George Dell postpones or cancelled the class due to a large scale over-arching event (natural disaster, adverse weather, disease, pandemic, political unrest, etc) outside of the control of George Dell or his staff, the event will be rescheduled as reasonably soon as possible. If the attendee is unable to attend on the new dates, their money can be refunded or put toward next year's conference or event.

If the attendee cancels their attendance of the event UP TO seven (7) days prior to the first day, they are eligible for a full refund. After that point, the registrant will be charged a $25 cancelation fee from Day 7 to Day 1 before the conference. If the registrant elects to cancel after 12:00 PM (NOON) the day before the event, they are not eligible for a refund. If the student does not attend (No Show) on the day for the event, they are not eligible for a refund.
